Health Literacy Toolkits
Health Literacy Toolkits were developed through a 2007-2008 Healthy Linn Care Network project called Building Bridges. The focus of the project was to determine barriers to accessing health care for people living on a limited income, who were Spanish-speaking, youth between the ages of 13 and 18 or people over the age of 55.
Toolkit resources were gathered and designed by individuals who fit each category's criteria.
Kits are regularly updated with the most current information available in Linn County. If you would like to add your organization's information to any of the following toolkits, please email contact@powerofhealth.info or call (319) 861-6894.
Building Bridges was funded by The Wellmark Foundation.
